電渦流測功機主（zhǔ）要（yào）加載範疇

　　電渦流測功機是目前（qián）國內先進的加載測功設備，主要用來測量各種動力裝置的機械性能。DW及（jí）DWD係列主（zhǔ）要由旋轉部分(感應盤)、擺（bǎi）動部分(電樞和勵磁部分)、測力部分和校正部分組（zǔ）成。

　　勵磁（cí）繞（rào）組通電後，產生一個閉合磁（cí）通。當（dāng）感應盤(齒狀)旋轉時（shí），氣隙（xì）磁密隨之發生周期性變化，感應（yīng）出渦流，由於“渦流”和磁場的（de）耦合作用，在轉子（zǐ）上（shàng）產生製動力矩，而在電（diàn）樞體上則產生與拖動力矩相（xiàng）同的轉矩，並經裝（zhuāng）在（zài）電樞體四氟上的力傳感器檢測出來（lái），從而（ér）達到測試扭（niǔ）矩的目的。 在轉速測量上，采用非接觸式的（de）磁電（diàn）式（shì）轉（zhuǎn）速傳感器，將轉速信號（hào）轉換成電信號輸出。

　　本機適用於中、小型功率（lǜ）電機、汽（qì）車、內燃機、燃（rán）氣輪機、水輪機、工程機械、林業、礦山（shān）、石（shí）油鑽采等機（jī）械的性能試驗，也可作為其它動力設備的吸功裝置消聲設備。

　　Eddy current dynamometer is the advanced load dynamometer equipment, mainly used to measure the mechanical properties of various power plant.
